This yummy recipe is a variation of one I found at Mommie Cooks.  I really wouldn’t have thought of putting these ingredients together, but the end result was delicious!

The dough recipe came from Simple Bites.

 

White Chicken Pizza

1 cup leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 slices of bacon, crumbled
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
1.5 to 2 cups of rice cheese
olive oil

Spread the dough out on a cookie sheet greased with non-stick cooking spray. 

Rub olive oil over the top of the dough until it is all coated.

Spread the chicken across the dough and crumble the bacon on top of that.

Put the spinach leaves on top, and then spread the cheese over that.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes.  Cut into squares and enjoy!
