On our continual quest to move beyond lunch meat, my husband created this tortilla wrap sandwich. The tortilla is whole wheat, and inside is natural peanut butter, apple slices, and raisins.
The sides are 3 slices of a homemade, breaded chicken breast, half of a zucchini muffin, and a veggie medley of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.
The entire lunch except the veggies was a hit with my son. He normally likes these veggies, but didn’t like them cold. (I can’t blame him!)
