The month is over! We ate many of the freezer meals I made this month, but we still have 30 or so going into October, which is a huge blessing!
This week was busy, and I wasn’t as diligent about writing down what we ate everyday, so you’ll see that some days I just don’t remember. Oops. I’ll try to do better next week!

Dinner–Spicy Vegan Black Bean Soup, nacho chips
Lunch–sandwiches, nacho chips, corn tortillas
Dinner–prepackaged chicken tortillas from Trader Joe’s
Lunch–Bacon, Pear Salad and Corndog Muffins
Snacks (Frozen to Have as We Need)
AIP Biscuits (None of us are AIP anymore, but I got several bags of coconut flour for .99 on clearance a few months ago, so I’m making these biscuits as a side for our soup meals.)
