The kids have been out of sorts this week; tired, cranky. I don’t know if they’re all simultaneously going through growth spurts or if they’re getting sick. DH has a small cold, so the whole family has been trying to get extra sleep. Because I’m having quite a stressful end of the month as far as work goes, I decided to take it a bit easier on goals this week.
Last Week’s Goals
Financial
Have a budget meeting with my husband.
- Decide with my husband what conferences we’ll attend in 2014. We’ve talked, but we haven’t definitively decided. We’re also considering going to the Great Homeschool Convention. Has anyone gone before? Would you recommend it?
Personal
Study Japanese with the kids at least four times this week.I’ve been winging this so far, but I think it’s time for me to start making some flashcards and studying old school. 🙂Read at least 3 books to the girls a day.Do at least 15 minutes of ABCMouse.com with each girl 2 to 3 days this week.Read for 30 minutes every day.I just finished The Hiding Place. Look for a review later in the week. Now I’m simultaneously reading Seabiscuit and True Compass, though neither really has me hooked. I need an I-can’t-put-it-down type of book. Any suggestions?- Write two journal entries this week.
- Exercise with the kids 2 times this week.
Clean the bathroom towel/medicine cupboard!Check out the before and after pictures! I hadn’t cleaned this cabinet since we moved into this apartment two years ago. Can you tell?
Work
Put up 2 reviews and/or giveaways this week.Write 12 staff writing and freelance articles this week.Have at least 3 of my own blog posts written and scheduled for next week.

Do you make weekly goals? If so, what are yours?
I shared this post at Money Saving Mom.

I’ve added my weekly goals now that my daughter has her new violin, it was a birthday gift from her father. I need to bring her weekly to a violin class and that is every Tuesday.
How old is she? My daughter is always asking to start violin lessons.
Your medicine cabinet makeover looks great. Way to go! I hope you have a great week.
Great goals! My kids love abcmouse! Here are my goals this week http://womenwithintention.com/goals-week-12/
