I earned $103.21 this week through writing/advertising and virtual assistant jobs.
I still am waiting to hear from my son’s school what his financial aid will be, but I have decided I will continue to pay the $548 a month we are used to. In the fall, he will be attending Japanese school twice a week after school, and that runs $240 a month. By saving the difference now, I can have a leg up on those payments in the fall. (We signed up for a 12 month billing cycle at my son’s elementary school, so we will begin paying tuition for the 2011-2012 academic year this July.)
I now have $356.97 saved for July expenses.

I just spent the last half hour reading this set of posts and I just have to say, you go! Watching the increase in your income and how you find ways to cut is amazing. My DH is a PhD student as well. Is it ok to add you to my blog roll?
Thanks. Sure, that would be great.
