I earned $108.50 this week through writing/advertising. I am excited about the money I was able to bring in this month. I think our June budget will actually balance without dipping into savings for the first time since January. Hopefully this trend will continue.
I have been trying to slowly add more freelance writing, and I have also taken on some administrative tasks for other bloggers that I lump under my writing/advertising income category. If I am to stay home full-time, we have to find a way to make ends meet without dipping into savings every month. May has shown that it is possible.
I now have $799.75 saved for June expenses. Yeah!!

Update #16, No Progress This Week

How exciting for you! What does the administrative work for other bloggers include?
Mostly it involves writing link love articles or submitting their posts to carnivals weekly. How is your freelance work going?
Canyou tell me more about the freelance work you (& others) do? I’d love to do some online work that actually pays. I’m getting back into blogging but that’s netted me $0.03 so far. Thanks & keep up the great work! I’m inspired.
So far I have found my freelance work through the online group I am a member of Yakezie. I have also looked into guru.com, but I haven’t signed up with them yet. When things settle down around here, I plan to do so.
Thank you!!
You’re killing it! I love seeing your progress every week.
Have you thought of being a virtual assistant? I’ve seen posts about doing that and it might be along the same lines as your freelance blog work.
I have been doing some work along those lines, but I am not sure where to look to find more work. Any ideas?
