When I asked readers last year what more they would like from Mom’s Plans, one common theme was a regular weekly schedule of posts. I am not good at regular schedules, as my readers well know.  However, I am planning this year to work on more themes on Mom’s Plans, and I would like to cover those themes on specific days for myself and for readers who would like some kind of pattern to follow.

So, this is my tentative 2013 blogging schedule:

Monday–TBD post and a recipe post

Tuesday–TBD

Wednesday–TBD

Thursday–grocery challenge update

Friday–book or movie review (this will alternate; book one week, movie review the next)

Saturday–menu planning for the week and a second post listing good deals to be found around the web for kids and for healthy food or meal planning services

Sunday–weekly goals update & new goals for the week

The end of the month and beginning of the new month might preempt this regular schedule as I plan to post our debt repayment progress as well as an update on our yearly goals.

As far as series for the blog, I am considering doing a series about how I began to make money at home as well as steps I am taking to ramp up my income.  To complement this, I would like to feature some moms who work from home either part-time or full-time.  If this sounds like you, please contact me!

I am also planning to feature readers who have gotten out of debt.  If you would like to be featured, please let me know!
