I am planning to join Fish Mama at Life as Mom and Crystal at Money Saving Mom and gearing up for another freezer cooking day. I know that some of my readers are, too, so I thought this week I would share one of the yummy once a month cooking meals I made last month, Pizza Loaves. These were easy to assemble and made 4 meals for us; we have eaten all but one meal of these. I never use Cheez-Whiz, but I used it and made a few minor changes, and our family loved the finished results.

Pizza Loaves
1.5 lbs. hamburger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 loaves French bread, split down the center, each half cut into 4 portions (16 portions total)
1 – 8 oz. jar processed cheese spread
4 oz. mushrooms
½ green pepper
1 – 8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in garlic.

Place each bread on a heavy duty foil piece. This will be used to wrap after assembling.

Spread bread with cheese sauce. Top with beef mix, mushrooms, green peppers. Drizzle with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Wrap and freeze up to 3 months.

To Bake: Unwrap loaves and place on baking sheet at 350 for 25 minutes.
