I mentioned in my menu plan for the week that we are having steak once or twice a week to use up our steaks in the freezer. We were bored of our typical method of preparing steaks, so we tried Pepsi Baked T-Bone Steak. Yum! The Pepsi made the meat quite moist and the onions added great flavor.
Pepsi Baked T-Bone Steak
2 T-bone steaks
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup Pepsi or Coke
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash salt and pepper, to taste
-For each steak, salt and pepper to taste.
-Make a boat out of tin foil and place steak in the middle.
-Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
-Spread 1/2 of onion over steak.
-Pour 1/2 cup Pepsi over.
-Seal tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
