This freezer cooking day was a busy one, but I am quite happy with the results. I ended up with several batches of muffins, one bunch of breakfast burritos and 22 meals! Here is the final tally:
Apple Pork Roast = 3 meals
Italian Wedding Soup = 3 meals Hamburger Patties = 11 of these, enough for 3 meals
Amazing Marinated Chicken Breasts = 3 meals
Tortilla Breakfast Wraps = 8 individual servings (another great recipe I will be sharing soon)
Crab Cakes = 3 meals (Yum!!)
Crockpot Chicken Taco Meat = 3 meals
Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Bread = 44 muffins
Sloppy Joes for a Crowd = 4 meals (I reduced this recipe down from 100 sandwiches to 20)
Zucchini Bread = 20 muffins
Maple Corn Bread = 1 large loaf
Later today I will share my time line for my cooking day. It didn’t go exactly as planned (freezer cooking day never seems to) but I still made all of this in less than 8 hours including substantial breaks to feed the baby and to clean up the kitchen.

I’m interested in trying this out. I have a three year old who constantly wants my attention, so I’m thinking maybe I can start with a week at a time LOL (btw, I tried the link for the chicken taco meat and it was for crab cakes)
Kristin–Thanks for letting me know about the link. It is fixed now. I think a week at a time is a great way to start. You’ll be so glad once you can pull some meals from the freezer.
Awesome job!!
This is awesome, I can’t wait to see how you do all of this. You may get me hooked about this yet!
