While I take a variety of supplements, the most important ones to me are my probiotics so I can improve my gut flora.
I’ve tried a variety of probiotics, but one that I especially like is Number One Nutrition’s Advance Probiotic.
I like this one because it contains a number of beneficial bacteria in large quantities, including:
- Probiotic Bacteria: 10.12 Billion Organisms
- Bacillus Subtillus: 2.64 Billion
- L. Rhamnosus: 1.36 Billion
- L.Casei: 1.36 Billion
- B. Longum: 1.36 Billion
- L. Acidophilus: 1.36 Billion
- L. Plantarum: 680 Million
- B. Breve: 1.36 Billion
The bottle recommends taking two a day with food. I take mine in the evening when I eat a night snack because I read that taking them at night gives them the chance to work all night long while your system is at rest.
I’m impressed with the amount of healthy bacteria in these capsules and plan to continue taking them while I heal.
While I’m taking them to improve the quality of my gut flora, these probiotics can also be used to ease a number of different issues including:
- digestive discomfort,
- irritable bowel,
- acid reflux,
- Crohn’s disease,
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and
- inflammatory conditions
Having taken a number of probiotic supplements, another think I like about these is that, at $19.99 for 60 capsules when purchased on Amazon, they are more affordable than many other probiotics.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
