Last month we tried some freezer recipes in small batches to see if we liked them (something I recommend so you are not stuck with 4 servings of food you didn’t even like!).  Lucky for us we liked all of them, so they have made their way back onto the freezer list this month.  Here is what I plan to make:

Our meals:
Crab Cakes
Meatballs
Sweet & Sour Chicken Bowls
Healthier Hamburgers
Sloppy Joes
Southwestern Chicken
Beef Burritos
Chicken Burritos

Breakfasts:
Copy Cat Starbucks Pumpkin Muffins
Banana Muffins
Crunchy Granola
Egg & Sausage Breakfast Burritos
Chewy Energy Bars

And, now that the baby is 6 months old and I don’t want to pay exorbitant prices for baby food, I will be freezing some of her food as well.  I’ll be making the following for baby:

pears, summer squash, butternut squash, acorn squash, sweet potato and avocado

I wish that I had a plan, but this time I think I am just going to fly by the seat of my pants.  It has been a crazy few weeks around here; my plan is looking a bit ambitious, but I will try to get it all done as that will have us very well stocked going into the holidays.
