This post contains affiliate links. I didn’t update my goals last week because, to be honest, I was a bit of a slug. I don’t know what’s happening. I think it might be nervousness about the virus, especially since our state has opened up and people aren’t wearing masks or social distancing. Blah. I don’t know. I just can’t get my butt in gear. So, I’m going to change things up for next week and make smaller goals.
My Goals for Next Week
- Exercise for 75 minutes.
- Track and stick to WW’s Purple Plan
- Declutter our bedroom
- Do a full freezer/pantry inventory
- Set up a method of tracking our food inventory like the one suggested here.
- Continue doing Duolingo daily.
- Continue toward my reading goals.
An Update for the Last Two Weeks
And, here is an update on my goals I want to achieve in 2020: weeks 20 & 21 of 52.
Exercise At Least 3,900 Minutes This Year
I exercised 60 minutes over the last two weeks!! I now have a grand total of 850 minutes for the year, making this goal 21.7% complete.
Track on WW Every Day
I didn’t do this last week, but this week, I’m right on track.
Read 40 Books
I have completed 21 books so far this year, making this goal 52.5% complete.
I also read Paul Brand: Helping Hands by Geoffe and Janet Benge. I found this book fascinating! Look for a review next Friday.
Do Duolingo Every Day
I did Duolingo every day the last two weeks, putting me on a 197 day streak.
