Health Goals

Eat My Meals 4 Hours Apart

Most days, I stretched my meals to 3 to 3.5 hours apart, so I’m getting there.

I fill up quickly, but then I get hungry quickly, too.  I’d prefer to eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hours, but that doesn’t help me get rid of SIBO, so I need to change my eating pattern to eating 4 meals a day, with each meal 4 hours apart.

Take Activated Charcoal to Detox from Mold

Did not do this. I’m thinking of waiting to do this until I’m free of SIBO because I’m having trouble fitting all of the pills in that I have to take between meals.

Yes, once again, my levels are high, and I have to have (another!) mold detox.

Exercise

I have two goals for exercise:

Walk at Least One Mile a Day 5x a Week

Rocked this one! I walked one mile every day of the week except one. 6/7

Lift Weights Two Times a Week and Do Yoga Once a Week

I lifted weights once this week. 1/3

Meal Prep 4 out of the Next 6 Weeks

Meal prepped this week and will share in next Tuesday’s post 2/6.

Personal Development

Read 3 Books

This week I finished the audiobook, The London Bookshop Affair, which I enjoyed. 2/3

Listen to Japanese for 1,000 Minutes

I listened to Japanese music while I worked for 50 minutes this week and for a total of 200 this 6 weeks, making this goal 20% complete.

Study Japanese for 360 Minutes

I used Japanese Pod 101 and watched videos on YouTube for a total of 62 minutes, giving me 135 minutes for this 6 weeks, making this goal 37.5% complete.

Write in My Journal 5x a Week

Failed this one this week. I didn’t write in my journal at all.

Financial Goals

Determine What Home Improvements We Want to Make This Year

No progress yet. There are so many things we want to do to continue improving our home, but we likely need to replace the furnace and refrigerator soon, so mostly we need to squirrel away money for those items. No big home improvements this year, but we still want to make some changes.

Start Planting Our Seeds for the Garden

Lettuce, tomato, and green onion plants

Completed. We have all our seedlings under a grow light. (Growing season is short here!)

Don’t Spend Any More than $2,000 on Groceries

Eating Healthy Gluten Free Dairy Free Food on a Budget

I have to be careful because I have a ButcherBox order coming up, and I still need to pay the last deposit on our CSA. This week we spent $124. 41. For this 6 weeks, I have spent $374.79 on groceries, which is 18.74% of my goal for this 6 weeks.
