UPDATE: Since I wrote this post yesterday, they’ve already changed the forecst to 80 degrees on that day.  I knew it was too good to be true!

What I Accomplished This Week

Follow along to Bible in a Year for 3 episodes.

No.  I think I’m going to take this goal off my weekly list.  I have listened to 183 days of the podcast, which was my goal for the year.  I need a break and will likely pick up the second half next year.

Walk 35 minutes a day for 4 days this week.

Yes.  I did great with this goal.  I exercised 205 minutes this week over 6 days, averaging 34 minutes a session.  (That’s exactly what I walked last week, too.)  As an added bonus, I also did one 10 minute yoga session.

Get two estimates for the shower replacement.

Yes–sort of.  I had one company come out last week, and one company come out this week, but I haven’t actually gotten estimates from either of them yet.  I’m finding this whole process annoyingly slow.  Is that just the way it is with home improvement projects?

Schedule a day for mold remediation.

No.  I don’t want to do this until I have the estimates from the tile companies and know what their timeline for completing the work is.  Both companies told me they wouldn’t be able to get to the project for about eight weeks.  I don’t want to rip out the shower now and be without one for months.

Find five topics to write about for my freelance work.

No.  I found three topics.

Give the girls their quarterly grades.

No.  We had this week as a catch up week since PB & J Girl still had some work to complete.  Cuddle Bug is all caught up, so she spent the week learning scratch coding and creating all sorts of fun things.

Create the girls’ assignments for next quarter.

This is still in progress.

Goals for This Week

Well, since I didn’t get everything accomplished last week, you’ll see many of this week’s goals on the list.

  • Give the girls their quarterly grades.
