This post contains affiliate links. Last week I got back some test results from the naturopath I’m working with to address my health issues, and I was shocked to see that my Trans Growth Beta Factor 1 (which indicates mold exposure) had jumped 4,000 points in two months!  My husband and I bought a moisture meter and started checking everywhere for moisture.  We found it in the drywall by the shower, where there is apparently a leak.  This is the second time in four years that that shower has had a leak, so we’re going to remediate the mold and then redo the shower.  This wasn’t a home improvement I was planning on doing this year, but having the bathroom redone will be nice.  Of course, getting rid of the mold should also improve my health.

What I Accomplished This Week

Finish The Trial and Execution of the Traitor George Washington.

Yes.  I finished The Trial and Execution of the Traitor George Washington. A book review is coming soon!

Follow along to Bible in a Year for 3 episodes.

No.  I’m still waiting on Bookworm to add more episodes, but he’s really busy, so I may need to figure out how to do this myself.

Walk 30 minutes a day for 4 days this week.

Yes.  I did great with this goal.  I exercised 181 minutes this week over 5 days, averaging 36 minutes a session.

Do 10 squats, 5 push ups, and 5 sit ups 6 days this week.

No.  I only did 20 squats this week.  Sad, I know.

Complete one week of my blog course.

No.  This went by the wayside as I tried to take care of the mold issue.

Clean all the piles of clutter in the master bedroom.

Yes!  There are no more piles on the floor!  Yay!  I really didn’t want the contractors to see clutter all over our master bedroom, so we spent A LOT of time lasts weekend cleaning up and decluttering.

 

Goals for This Week

I expect the upcoming few weeks will be busy until we get the mold taken care of, so I’m going easy on goals.  Since I’ve already read more books than I set my goal to read, I am not going to have a reading goal this week.

  • Follow along to Bible in a Year for 3 episodes.
  • Walk 35 minutes a day for four days this week.
  • Do 10 squats, 5 push ups, and 5 sit up 3 days this week.
  • Complete week 1 of my blog course.
