Here are my goals for 2021: Week 18 of 52:

What I Accomplished This Week

Read half of Right Cross this week.

Yes!.

Follow along to Bible in a Year for 3 episodes.

Yes!  Now that I’m exercising more in the mornings, I don’t have time to listen to this podcast early in the morning.  So, I switched things up and started listening to it while I’m cooking dinner.  By doing that, I was able to listen to three episodes this week.

Get 7.5 hours of sleep each night.

Yes!  It’s been cooler at night, which has helped a lot.

Take a 10 minute bike ride or walk every day this week.

YES!!!  I biked one day, then walked the next, then biked, all week long.  My plan is to keep adding 5 minutes to every day each week until I reach 30 minutes a day of exercise.  If it works as I plan, I should be up to 30 minutes a day of exercise by the beginning of June.

Do yoga 3x this week.

No.  I think I got a little overly ambitious with the exercise.  I’m going to add in yoga slowly in June after I’m up to the amount of cardio I want to reach.

Finish cleaning my side of the bed.

Yes.

Clean the area in front of the dresser.

No.

Listen to one healthy living podcast.

Yes.  I listened to two, both related to my current health difficulties.  I listened to Naturally Nourished’s podcast on Adrenal Fatigue, and Rebecca Coomes’ Healthy Gut podcast on What Is a SIBO Diet?

Meditate 2 days this week.

No.  I’ll also add this in gradually as I get used to adding more exercise to my day.

Plan and order the girls’ homeschool curriculum for next year.

I planned this out and ordered some of it, but I haven’t ordered all of it yet because I’m still deciding on a few items.

Write in my journal three times this week.

I did this once.

Have a small freezer cooking session for myself.

Yes!  I’ll share the details in another week or two.
