Ah, at last work is slowing down a bit. I am excited to be cooking some meals this week.

Monday–Omelet for Two
Tuesday–Pioneer Woman’s Macaroni & Cheese
Wednesday–Beef Kebabs
Thursday–Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup
Friday–Beef Kebabs Pita Pockets
Saturday–spaghetti with meatballs
Sunday–dinner out

Sides for the meals will be fruit or broccoli or carrots.

Lunches will be leftovers and sandwiches.

Breakfasts will be oatmeal, fruit salad, omelettes and waffles.
