Another crazy busy week.

The kids and I were getting super tired because we’re involved in so much.  (Funny how people wonder about how homeschoolers will get any socialization.  We’re busier and more involved now than we were before we started homeschooling!)  We’re busy four days a week between music lessons, choir practice, soccer practice and soccer games and speech lessons for two of my kids.

I decided to lighten up Bookworm’s work load for the month of October.  When soccer ends in November, we’ll go back up to full class load.  Love the flexibility!

Our double CSA baskets are drowning us in a good way with lots of fresh veggies, and we’re finally able to set aside some food for the freezer.  It’s just a lot of work processing everything!

Here’s what’s we’re planning for the week:

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Menu Plan

Sunday–Taco salad

Monday–Pork roast with potatoes and carrots

Tuesday–Leftover Turkey and Potatoes

Wednesday–Brussell sprouts with salmon 100_5478

Thursday–Dairy Free Scalloped Potatoes (recipe coming on Monday!)

Friday–to be determined  🙂
