I am trying to feed my family healthy, yet easy food, so here is what is on the menu this week:

Monday–Lighter Meatloaf, Homemade French Fries, Zucchini Mexicali

Tuesday–Taco Salad

Wednesday–Beef Pot Roast with Carrots, Potatoes and Mushrooms

Thursday–Bourbon Chicken, Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Friday–Southwestern Stew, homemade bread

Saturday–attending a party

Sunday–Award Winning Chili, homemade bread

Breakfasts will typically be oatmeal or eggs.  Other choices will be blueberry pancakes, zuchinni muffins, fruit, smoothies, etc.

Lunch–leftovers or sandwiches.
