Now that we’re on a tighter budget for groceries, we can’t go with the flow as much as we used to.  So, I’m going to experiment with planning out all of our meals and see if that makes feeding our family a bit easier.

Here’s the plan for this week:

Monday

Breakfast–Sausage, Old Fashioned Bread Pudding, and Grapes
Lunch–Ham sandwiches, carrot sticks, chips
Dinner–Sloppy joes, sweet potatoes, melon

Tuesday

Breakfast–hard boiled eggs, homemade sausage, clementines
Lunch–Tuna salad sandwiches, cucumber slices, chips
Dinner–Paleo Beef and Veggie Soup

Wednesday

Breakfast–Paleo breakfast casserole, fruit
Lunch–Spaghetti Bolognese
Dinner–Paleo Chili

Thursday

Breakfast–Paleo breakfast casserole, banana
Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Chicken and Apple Sausage, Rice and Kale Soup

Friday

Breakfast–eggs, toast, clementines
Lunch–Salmon patties, green beans, rice
Dinner–Fried rice with chicken and veggies
