I am attempting to move from grocery shopping once a week to grocery shopping every other week.  This is our off week, so I am using up the remaining veggies we have.  Here is the plan:

B–eggs, cereal, fruit
L–sandwiches, leftover pasta for me and the girls
D–Turkey Stuffed Yellow Bell Peppers (carry over from last week)

B–pumpkin pancakes, fruit
L–sandwiches, turkey chili for me and the girls
D–Swiss Steak (with extra veggies added in)

B–sweet potato waffles, fruit, eggs
L–sandwiches, leftover swiss steak
D–Moosewood’s Butternut Squash Soup, homemade bread

B–Pumpkin bread, eggs, fruit
L–sandwiches, leftovers for me and the girls
D–Crockpot Acorn Squash with Pepper Rice Stuffing

B–cereal, fruit
L–sandwiches and leftovers
D–Unstuffed Cabbage

B–blueberry pancakes, eggs, fruit
L–husband cooks
D–Standing Beef Rolled Rib Roast, mashed potatoes, Maple Mustard Carrots
