Just like everyone else, we have a busy week coming up.  I’m planning on doing some freezer cooking over the weekend, cooking some meals early in the week, and then relying on the freezer meals at the end of the week.  Here’s the plan:

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Menu

Lunch–Farfalle with Sausage and Kale (no beans for us as we’re intolerant & GF pasta)
Dinner–Roasted Pork with Apples, Cabbage, and Turnips

Lunch–Turkey Meatball Soup with Greens
Dinner–Bacon and Butternut Pasta

Lunch–Spaghetti with Meatballs
Dinner–Chicken Apple Sausage & Kale Soup (x2  I’ll freeze one serving for later.)

Dinner–Roasted Chicken in the Slow Cooker, Roasted Turnips, Sweet Potatoes, Apples & Dried Cranberries
