While trying to make room in my freezer, I found some meals I had froze several months ago. We will eat those this week to make room for the new freezer meals I am making to prepare for my return to work.
Monday–Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli
Tuesday–Slow Cooker Bean & Barley Soup
Wednesday–Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup (see my post this coming Thursday on this yummy soup!)
Thursday–Shrimp & Black Bean Soup
Friday–Slow Cooker Bean Soup
For lunches we will have leftovers, sandwiches, and Weight Watchers meals.
Breakfasts will be omelets, smoothies, and oatmeal.
