I made almost all of my freezer meals last week, so our freezer is absolutely stuffed. I would still like to freeze up the other meals I didn’t get to make last week, but first I have to clear some of the old out. I tried to pick recipes this week that would both use up frozen foods and our fresh organic produce we had delivered.
Monday–Saucy Salmon & Carrots with Mustard Brown Sugar Glaze.
Tuesday–Liver & garlic stems (This is my husband’s choice. I am fussy, so I will be eating something else.)
Wednesday–Tuscan Bean Soup with Greens & Cheddar Dill Cornbread
Thursday–Slow Cooker Chili Minestrone Soup
Friday–Slow Cooker Cheese Tortellini & Meatballs
Saturday–Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Veggies
Sunday–Beef & Bean Tostadas (made from leftover roast)
Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
Breakfasts will be muffins, oatmeal, or french toast.

The beef & bean tostadas sound yummy! I'm going to be working on stocking my freezer with freezer meals over Labor day weekend, but I'm planning my menu now, so I'm going to have to check out your recipes for inspiration!
Thank you for all of the links. I went back to your freezer post and bookmarked a couple of recipes. I have 2 friends I work with to prep freezer meals, and we love to share recipes. Enjoy all of that work, and great sounding food!
Nice menu. The Tortellini sounds good. Have a great week.
Yummy looking plan! The Tortellini looks great. Thanks for sharing!

Your plan sounds good! I don't have freezer space to do freezer meals, but I'd love to have that option. I'd be eating something else on liver day, too. 🙂
Hope to see you at Crock Pot Wednesdays on diningwithdebbie.blogspot.com this week. Thanks for posting. Debbie
