Just like last week, this week will be a busy one, so I am relying on the slow cooker again.
Monday–Slow Cooker Lima Beans, Mixed Greens saute
Tuesday–Slow Cooker Pork Chops & Green Beans in Dijon Mustard Sauce
Wednesday–Slow Cooker Lentil Chili (I am making it with yellow split peas instead) & baby spinach saute
Thursday–Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup & greens
Friday–Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Dinner
For lunches we will have Veggie Stuffed Pitas, leftovers, sandwiches & Weight Watchers meals
We will have zucchini muffins, french toast, oatmeal & breakfast mueseli for breakfast.
