Sunday–Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots & Peas

Breakfasts will be cereal, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, fruit
Lunches will be leftovers or Smart Ones for me or sandwiches or leftovers for my husband.
