Well, we are on the home stretch of our No Spending Month and we already overspent our $500 budget for the month, so we are trying to redeem ourselves by spending as little as possible for the rest of the month. All of these meals come from the pantry.
Monday— Slow Cooker Roast with Carrots, Potatoes & Onions
Tuesday—Crab Stuffed Flounder & Broccoli
Wednesday— Beef Vegetable Soup in Slow Cooker
Friday— Pork Fried Rice
Saturday—Peking Shrimp (this is a carry over from last week)
Sunday—Omelet for Two
Lunches will be leftovers, sandwiches, Weight Watchers frozen meal or freezer burritos.
Breakfast will be oatmeal, fruit & yogurt or cereal.
