Monday–Seafood Enchiladas
Tuesday–Freezer Burritos
Wednesday–Crab Cakes
Thursday–Broccoli Cheese Soup with Bread
Friday–Scallops with Linguine
Saturday–Baked Chimichangas
Sunday–Crockpot Taco Soup II

(I wasn’t trying for it, but some how we ended up with a Mexican theme.)
