We are going for simple meals this week. It will be a busy week, so simple is better.

Monday–Au Gratin Sausage Skillet
Tuesday–Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bake
Wednesday–Pork Chops over Stuffing
Thursday–Freezer Lasagna & Vegetable Barley Soup
Friday–dinner out
Saturday–birthday party & then Halloween party
Sunday–my mom’s kabob (recipe coming soon)

Lunches will be sandwiches and leftovers.

Breakfasts will be smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, omelettes, toast (not all at once!)
