This post contains affiliate links. This week, we tried a new meal, Philly Cheese Style Stuffed Peppers, and it was a huge hit. I easily made it dairy free, and it will definitely go on our regular menu rotation.
Meal Prep
The only thing I made this week was Banana Bread, and I didn’t get to take a picture before the kids cut into it. Cuddle Bug and PB & J Girl made Peanut Butter oatmeal balls, and Bookworm made Chia Seed pudding. No pictures of any of it because we didn’t make it in one big batch but throughout the week.

Lunch–Vegetarian Kale Soup, Shrimp & Fish Patties
Dinner–Omelettes, Crepes, Smoked Salmon (Cuddle Bug cooked!)
Thursday
Lunch–Asian noodles,
Dinner–Paleo Pepper Soup
Friday
Lunch–Seafood Salad (PB & J Girl cooked!) (we made the seafood mix as we do for the seafood nachos)
Dinner–Spaghetti
