So much for making the same meals for everyone!

I’ll have a full write up on Tuesday, but I’ll be starting the very restrictive candida diet on Wednesday, so here are two menu plans for the week.

For the family, they’ll be eating up the rest of our freezer meals because I don’t want to make two meals every day this week.  Hopefully, we’ll be able to eat the same meals again before this year is over!

Gluten Free, Dairy Free for the Family

Monday–Stuffed Pepper Casserole

TuesdaySpaghetti with ground turkey and GF pasta

WednesdayPumpkin Beef Chili

Thursday–the same as what I’m having (listed below)

Friday–leftover pork roast, baked potatoes, broccoli


Candida Diet for Me

Before Wednesday, I will eat what I typically eat, including the sweet potatoes I love.  (Oh how I will miss them!)

Wednesday–Chicken “Noodle” Soup (I’m also adding in chicken)

Thursday–Green Chili Turkey Burgers (omitting the green chilis because I’m intolerant), Avocado Coleslaw

Friday–Mexican Chicken and Rice (omitting chilis)
