Ah, my son is back to school and our normal routine will resume.  My son enjoys his vacation for the first week, but then he is bouncing off the walls.  Add to that the craziness of the holidays and the fact that we just moved (and are STILL unpacking), and, well, it has been a stressful month and a half.  I am so glad to have our lives get back to normal.

Here is the meal plan for the week:

Monday
B–mueseli, eggs, oranges
L–sandwiches, cucumber slices, apple slices
D–Turkey meatloaf, sweet potatoes with maple syrup, broccoli

Tuesday
B–blueberry pancakes (from the freezer), eggs, pears
L–leftovers for me and the girls, sandwiches, carrot sticks, and chips for the guys
D–Chicken and Bok Choy stir fry with brown rice (going to try to make this substituting something for soy sauce since two of us can’t have soy)

Wednesday
B–oatmeal with blueberries, eggs, milk
L–soup for me and the girls, sandwiches with a fruit and veggie for the guys
D–Mushroom Barley soup, homemade French bread

Thursday
B–pumpkin muffins, eggs, oranges
L–soup for me and the girls, sandwiches with a fruit and veggie for the guys
D–Tuscan bean soup, homemade French bread

Friday
B–oatmeal with blueberries, eggs, oranges
L–leftover soup for me, hot dogs, cucumber slices and fruit for everyone else
D–Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole, salad with tomatoes and avocado

Saturday
B–husband’s choice
L–husband’s choice
D–T-Bone Steak with Mushroom Medley, salad

Sunday
B–husband’s choice
L–husband’s choice
D–a chicken/orzo soup recipe I have to find in a magazine I was looking through earlier in the week 🙂
