Even though I have a whole freezer full of meals right now, I still can’t resist making a few fresh ones every week.
Still, the freezer meals have been wonderful to have, so we’re going to enjoy a few more of them this week. The recipes with an * come from the freezer

Dinner–Beef Roast with Carrots, Potatoes and Peas in the Slow Cooker
Hamburger Soup in the Slow Cooker*
Tuesday
One Pot Pasta with Tomato-Basil Sauce (subbing out kale for the spinach and using GF pasta and no cheese)
Wednesday
Leftover beef roast and veggies
