My cousin let us know that her husband’s next batch of beef will be ready in early December, so we are on a mission to empty out or freezers that are thankfully full of freezer meals from our CSA this summer.
Unfortunately, most of those meals contain garlic and black pepper, which I just discovered I have an intolerance to. So, I am going to make two menu plans–one for the family and one for me. Once the freezer meals are all gone, I’ll restock the freezer with meals that all of us can eat so we won’t have to do this again.
For the Family
Sunday–Lamb Meatballs with Tomatoes and Spaghetti Squash (from eMeals‘ new Paleo plan)
Monday–Honey Mustard Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes
Tuesday–Tuscan Bean Soup, Homemade Dairy Free Garlic Bread, Broccoli
Wednesday—Beef and Cabbage Soup, Homemade French bread
Thursday–Pulled Chicken, Homemade French Fries, Carrot Sticks
Friday—Chicken Apple Sausage, Kale and Rice Soup, Homemade French Bread
weekend–TBD
My Meal Plan
Sunday–same as the family
Monday—Roasted Salmon and Brussels Sprouts Bake, Roasted Acorn Squash
Tuesday–leftovers of Sunday’s meal
Wednesday–leftovers of Monday’s meal
Thursday–Chicken breast, brown rice, leftover acorn squash & spinach
Friday–Sauteed Pork Chops with Apple and Onion Compote (from eMeals‘ Paleo program)
