This post contains affiliate links. I’ve been off and on the WW train, but as I read more and more about the link to severe coronavirus cases and weight, I have found new inspiration. This week I tried to pick recipes that were fairly low in points. (I’m back on the Purple Plan again, so focusing on eating lots of nutrient-dense foods.) Here is our menu plan for May 24 2020.
I haven’t done much of this since March, but this weekend, I decided to fully get back into the swing of meal prepping. (Here are the silicone donut molds I use.)
Can I just explain the half empty pans? I started meal prepping on Saturday, and finished on Sunday. During that time, my apparently ravenous family ate a large portion of both the banana bread and apple cinnamon oatmeal bake. Oh, and the quesadillas? I made 5 on Saturday that my family devoured with dinner, so what you see here are the quesadillas I made on Sunday.
After I took the picture? They ate all the deviled eggs and three of the donuts. I’m lucky if any food makes it to the freezer these days!
