This post contains affiliate links. Wow, I don’t know about you, but I’m getting sick of cooking! That’s funny because even before the virus, we didn’t eat out at all. I don’t know what makes it different now, except that I used to cook some meals on Sunday and wasn’t home to cook for lunch. Also, I’m used to Bookworm eating a lot, like most 16 year old boys, but PB & J, at 11.5, is starting to eat as much as her brother. I think I need to start doubling every recipe so we have some chance of having leftovers and giving me a break from cooking. Here is our menu plan for May 18 2020.
I haven’t done this since March, but this weekend, I decided to get back into the swing of meal prepping. I didn’t make much, but it’s a start.
