100_3995This week I’ll be on breakfast duty instead of my husband, and since I’m not an early morning person as my kids are, I’m going to write a detailed plan just to make sure we stay on track.  I’m also including lunches this week because my son has a few days off school and will be home more during the week.

My Plan

Since following a strict diet to avoid foods high in histamines, my throat is much better.  I’m hopefully this might be the solution to the throat issue.

My food selection is very limited now, so I’m not doing a formal meal plan.  However, I’ll be eating these foods throughout the week:

Apple, blueberry, cantaloupe, pear, watermelon, kiwi, mango, honeydew
Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, onion, squash, sweet potato, beets, swiss chard, collard greens
Beef, chicken, lamb, pork, turkey, bison

Hopefully I don’t develop any intolerances to these foods as I heal!
