Remember our 1/4 side of beef purchase not too long ago?  Well, we ran out of ground beef last week.  Luckily, I had a rain check for 100% grass fed beef for $3.99 a pound from Sprout’s from a sale earlier in the year.  I called ahead and ordered 25 lbs. of ground beef.  The kids and I went to pick it up a few days ago.  The meat filled half the cart!!  We got quite a few stares and comments, and PB & J Girl was so embarrassed, but we’re back in ground beef again, which is good because lately Bookworm (12) is an eating machine!  He’s almost taller than me.

Broccoli and cauliflower were also on sale this week, so you’ll see plenty of recipes with those ingredients.
