So, I’ve been out of the meal planning loop for awhile, in part because I was trying to eliminate all of the foods that made my heart race. A strict Paleo diet, without the gray area foods like rice or white potatoes, seems to do the trick. So, for the next little while, I’ll be making Paleo meal plans. However, my kids and husband will still eat white potatoes and white rice daily or almost daily, and my kids and husband will sometimes eat brown rice pasta or gluten free bread.

Dinner–Bok Choy & Meatball Soup for Me, Cabbage & Sausage for the rest of the family
Sunday
Lunch–Paleo Shepherd’s Pie
Dinner–London Broil Salad, sweet potato fries
Monday
Chicken Florentine Spaghetti Squash
Tuesday
Apple Spiced Turkey Burgers, steamed veggies
Wednesday
Chicken and Bacon with Spinach (recipe from RealPlans Paleo plan)
Thursday
Spaghetti with Rice Noodles for the family, leftovers for me
Friday
Beef taco salad (using this taco seasoning)
