Last week was a busy one, as I’m sure you can relate to! We ate all of our meals at home (except for one date dinner out when grandma watched the kids), but we didn’t make everything on last week’s menu plan, so some of those are showing up again this week.
Here’s the plan:
Dinner–Turkey Pot Pie
Lunch–Cabbage and Pork Sausage with Rice
Dinner–Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Dinner–Parker’s Split Pea Soup
Lunch–Chicken Strips, Roasted Cauliflower, homemade french fries
Dinner–Paleo Beef Stew
Lunch–Tuna Noodle Casserole
Dinner–GF Raisin Bread, Ham and Daiya Cheese Omelet, fruit
That’s all the further this menu plan will go. We’re low on perishables, so I’ll wait to plan out the rest of the menu after I get the grocery store ads in the middle of the week. I’m also planning to have another freezer cooking session after I see what’s on sale this week.
