This post contains affiliate links. I’m back on the WW (Weight Watchers) train, trying to lose weight and be healthier, especially if I get that nasty little virus roaming the country right now. Fear is a great motivator. So, you’ll see healthier recipes in the menu planning for April 27 2020. Plus, you’ll still see zucchini recipes as we keep getting lots of them with our FarmBox. However, we’ve found a yummy zucchini bread we like, and we’ve found some main meals we enjoy, so all is good!

Dinner-Iranian Kabob, salad
Lunch-Turkey & Zucchini Burgers, diced potatoes, veggie (This is the third week we’ve made these. They’re great for using up zucchini!)
Dinner-Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Roasted Peppers & Onions, Diced Potatoes, Veggie
Lunch-Diced Potatoes, Eggs, Cheese, & Bacon Skillet, fruit
Dinner-Beef Burrito Casserole, salad
