Cooking in our house is a family affair. I prepare the meals for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday. My husband makes all the breakfasts, and on the weekend, he makes all the meals.
I make some make ahead meals thanks to freezer cooking, and each weekend, my husband makes extras for meals. For instance, this weekend, he made a Pork Loin Roast. We’ll eat the extra for some of our lunches. He also made a Beef Pot Roast, so we’ll eat the extras for our meal on Tuesday.
Between the two of us, we can make healthy food for our family, even though cooking every meal from scratch can be time consuming.
Who handles the cooking in your family, or is it a shared effort, like in our house?
