We’re overbudget on groceries for this 4 week cycle (more on that tomorrow!), so I’m trying to make do with what we have around the house. Luckily, we’re pretty well stocked, so it wasn’t so difficult.
Here’s the plan for this week:
Lunch–Roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, rice
Dinner–BLTs, watermelon, cucumbers
Lunch–homemade chicken noodle soup with celery, carrots, and zucchini
Dinner–Moroccan Ground Beef with Tomatoes and Zucchini
Lunch–Tuna patties, roasted cauliflower, rice
Dinner–Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Skillet
Dinner–Tuna Noodle Casserole
Lunch–is it bad if I put no idea? Honestly, right now I have no idea!
Dinner–Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup
Dinner–Boy Scout Dinner–Potatoes, Carrots, and Hamburgers in Foil
