My colonoscopy came back clear, which was a huge relief.  Now, I want to focus on feeding my family healthier foods.  Here are some of the new recipes I am going to try:

Monday–Spill the Beans Minestrone Soup, Homemade Garlic Bread

Tuesday–Smothered Cabbage

Wednesday–Spaghetti with Summer Squash and Peppers

Thursday–Corn Dog Muffins, mixed veggies, salad

Friday–sandwiches, chips, cucumber slices

Saturday–dinner out

Sunday–Spinach Cashew Cream Pasta , salad

I am also going to try to make the following snacks:  Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars.

For breakfasts we will have banana muffins, eggs, fruit salad, toast, cereal, etc.

Lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers.
