My baby, who is really not a baby anymore, will turn one this week, and she has suddenly decided she wants to only eat finger foods.  Enough with the mashed up goo she has been eating.  So, this week I went on the hunt for kid friendly recipes she can eat.  (And hopefully they will fill her up more than baby food so she can sleep through the night.  Who would think my 12 month old would still be waking up EVERY night?)

Monday–The Best Easy Beef & Broccoli

Tuesday–P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Wednesday–leftovers

Thursday–Korean Hamburgers, mixed veggies, chips

Friday–Miso-Glazed Salmon, spinach, brown rice

Saturday–dinner out

Sunday–Easter dinner

I will also be trying Fruit Chewy Cookies.

Breakfasts will be oatmeal, fruit, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc.

Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
