I am about 75% done with my eBay inventory.  I am planning to finish every thing up by this weekend and hopefully file my taxes next week.  Then I will have time to cook and eat something besides freezer meals (not that freezer meals are bad; I am so happy to have them during a busy time like this!).

Monday–Roasted chicken, mixed veggies, brown rice

Tuesday–Sweet & sour meatballs, brown rice, peas

Wednesday–Chicken & white bean chili, rolls

Thursday–Corned beef & cabbage (if anyone has a good corn beef and cabbage recipe, my husband would love to try it!)

Friday–Miso Crusted Cod, broccoli, rice

Saturday–Tacos

Sunday–Thai Style Turkey, veggie

Breakfasts will be the usual, eggs, smoothies, pancakes, oatmeal, etc.

Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
