My grocery bill was atrocious this week (I will post about that tomorrow) in part because I had to bring groceries for my son’s school. So, I am trying to eat mainly from the pantry; that will be even more necessary next week as I try to bring my grocery average down. Here is what’s on tap for this week:
Monday–Grilled Salmon, rice & sugar snap peas
Tuesday–Sweet & Sour Meatballs & rice
Wednesday–Slow Cooker Roast, Potatoes, Carrots
Thursday–Quick & Easy Beef & Rice & broccoli
Saturday–Stuffed Shells & baby carrots
Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
Breakfasts will be eggs, pancakes, pumpkin bread and cereal.
