Happy Valentine’s Day!

Here is our menu plan for the week. We are utilizing many freezer meals as I try to reduce our grocery bill.

Monday–Pan Seared T-Bone Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and veggie
Tuesday–Slow Cooker Roast with Baby Carrots & Barley (I’ll post this later if it turns out to be good)
Wednesday–Grilled Cheese & Vegetable Soup
Thursday–Pizza Loaves & Veggie
Friday–Dinner out
Saturday–Beef & Cheese Lasagna & Veggie
Sunday–Chicken Fajitas with Red & Green Peppers & Avocado

Lunches will be leftovers, noodles, or sandwiches.

Breakfasts will be oatmeal, pumpkin pancakes, apple pumpkin muffins or omelettes.
