I have been feeling a little dizzy lately and tired. I think it is the combination of being in the second trimester, still nursing my daughter and not getting enough sleep, so I am going to try to up my protein intake and see if that helps. You’ll notice some meat heavy recipes this week.

Monday–Lighter Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Veggie
Tuesday–Grilled Cheese & Tuscan Bean Soup
Wednesday–Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Thursday–Chicken Quesadillas
Friday–dinner out
Saturday–Chicken Fried Steak Strips, Mashed Potatoes & Veggie
Sunday–leftovers

Breakfasts will include–Omelet for Two, Makeover Oatmeal Bake, Grandma’s Fruit Salad, toast, and pancakes.

Lunches will be leftovers and sandwiches.
